Every project runs on a written agreement (a master agreement plus a statement of work) that says exactly what we'll build, what it costs, and when it's done. This page covers using the website and the general shape of working together; the signed agreement always wins if they differ.
The Operations Inspection is $299, payable when booked. Its full price is credited toward any build you start with us within 30 days of receiving your report.
Month to month, cancel anytime with notice before your next billing date. We respond within two business days on Basic and Standard Care Plans; Pro plans get priority next-business-day response. Care plans cover monitoring, hosting, and fixes for what we built — new features are quoted separately.
By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from OttoTeq about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts won't affect the other ways we can reach you. We never share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
You own your data, content, credentials, client-provided materials, and business-specific records. OttoTeq retains its reusable code, templates, frameworks, tooling, and pre-existing intellectual property. If we part ways, a standard export and handoff of your data and configuration is included; migration or transition work beyond that is quoted separately. Full source-code ownership or IP assignment is included only when explicitly agreed and priced in writing.
We build systems that catch missed calls and chase quotes — we can't guarantee any specific revenue outcome, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These systems send real messages to real people; you agree to use them lawfully, including getting proper consent to text your customers.
