Privacy policy

The short version: we collect what you send us so we can call or text you back, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, business name, phone, email, and whatever you write in the form or say on a call.
Basic site analytics: we use Google Analytics for aggregate page-view counts and anonymous interaction events (such as a click on our phone number or a booking-form submission — never your name, email, or phone number) so we know which pages help, governed by Google's privacy policy. Pages you reach from one of our ads may also carry third-party advertising and conversion tags (such as Google or Meta) to measure ad performance, governed by those platforms' own privacy terms. We never sell your information.
If you call or text our line: your number and the conversation, so we can respond and keep our word.

What we do with it

Respond to your request — that's the whole point.
Keep records of work we do for you (quotes, projects, support).
Nothing else. No newsletters unless you ask for one, no list-selling, ever.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number — by calling or texting our line, or by submitting a form on this site — you agree to receive text messages from OttoTeq related to your request: a reply to a missed call, follow-ups about your inquiry, scheduling or appointment confirmations, and account or service notifications.

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We keep records of consent because the law requires it and because it's the right way to run the systems we sell.

Client data

When we build systems for your business, your customer data stays yours. We access what the build requires, store credentials in an encrypted vault (never email or text), and hand everything off cleanly if we ever part ways.

Your choices
